If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United Kingdom, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

Our Services
Oliver Charles Garden Design & Build provides professional garden landscaping services including but not limited to:
- Porcelain patio installation
- Composite decking design and installation
- Glass balustrade installation
- Complete garden landscaping and design
All services are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Prices quoted are based on the information provided by you. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be clearly stated in your quotation.
- Payment terms will be outlined in your contract and are typically 50% deposit and 50% on completion.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide at least 14 days' notice.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Oliver Charles Garden Design & Build or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. Oliver Charles Garden Design & Build and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service to stay informed of updates.
